Payment Policy: REgarding Peanut accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not currently accept checks or Paypal.

Return Policy: Your items must be returned within 30 days (postmarked before the 30th day) for a refund. Items in new condition may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, minus all shipping charges, by the original tender. Items in used, but still saleable condition, are applicable to a 10% restocking fee, and will still be minus all shipping charges. Used items will also be refunded in the original tender. You must email or call REgarding Peanut for an approval code prior to sending back any returns.

Return Policy on Items Shipped from Mothering Grace (diapers and diapering accessories):

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in new, unwashed, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.  The returned items must also be free of smoke, stains, pet hairs, or other such defects.  We cannot accept returns of used merchandise. 

(Consumable items like California Baby skincare, flushable liners or deo disks are not eligible for return, nor are items from our partners at Modest Milk or REgarding Peanut baby carriers.)  

If you're trying a new item and ordered several, we recommend washing and using only one until you are sure that it is a "fit" for you and your baby.

Shipping costs back to Mothering Grace are the buyer's responsibility.  In addition, refusing a package or "returning to sender" is not a viable return method, and often proves problematic for the buyer as these items are not trackable and often take a very long time to reach their destination.   Please do not attempt to return items in this way.

If you return part of a package deal, we add up the items you keep at their individual retail price and you will be credited back the remainder.  If you received free items as part of a promotion, then the free items must be included in your return, or we will subtract their retail value from the value of your credit.

In addition, if you received free shipping as part of your order, we will subtract the actual cost of shipping from your order.

All returns must include:

• a Returned Merchandise Authorization # obtained from Mothering Grace

• a copy of your invoice

Failure to include these items may result in you not receiving credit for your return.

Cancellation Policy: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of payment, via email or phone call. Any order canceled after the 24 hour period will be stopped if it is not already in the post, but may be returned if it has been shipped for a full refund, minus the shipping price.

Shipping Policy: All in-stock items will be shipped via United States Postal Service in 24-48 hours of ordering. If you require faster shipping (such as priority or overnight), please contact REgarding Peanut by phone. All in-stock items from Mothering Grace (diapers and diapering accessories) will be shipped via USPS within 2 business days.
